Comfortable stay and close to attractions., shops and restaurant. Transpo easy access. The housekeeping staff was so nice. Very friendly neighbors.

Nice place with kitchenette. The grocery store is close by so we we’re happy to make our own food in the room. It was comfortable and clean. The AC did not work in one of our rooms in June so it was not good. Also close to the train track and bus stop which is good for transportation but loud all day and night.

For the price, this is a good property that is very close to a tram station. However, the noise from the street is bad, and the room got hot. If you open the window the cigarette smell will seep in and obviously the noise will get worse. Also, the instructions for check-in, check-out, laundry etc are not sent to you unless you ask, so make sure you ask for your code and room number before you show up and have wifi (or the owners could setup a system to automatically send all of this in the Agoda chat!!)

The apartment we got is not the same as the one in the picture, but it has all the basic facilities you need. It's a bit too small for us.
