About this apartment rental

Prestigious residence consisting of eight apartments with lake view.
The structure enjoys a panoramic position of absolute tranquility, surrounded by greenery with a splendid view of Lake Idro.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, consisting of a double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, a living room and kitchen with lake view, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. It boasts a large outdoor area furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs, a sofa set and an outdoor Jacuzzi tub for private use. Heated swimming pool overlooking the lake, private parking in the building, a charging station for electric vehicles for a fee, free wi-fi, a buffet breakfast service for a fee (on request).
