About this house rental
The Villa Ninfea is a house with 2 apartments, which is somewhat quiet at the hamlet Crone. It has been renovated very expensive and provides a great living comfort. The house is surrounded by a large garden, where you will find a sitting area, deck chairs, a barbecue and plenty of space to play. All conditions are easy to reach within walking distance, so there are z. B. from the beach about 500m, as the nearest pizzeria. A small supermarket offers in about 600m, where the morning buns are brought. Closer, about 200m, there is a magnificent Pasticcheria (a pastry). From the beach, a small seafront promenade along the lake in the village of Crone, a typical Seedorf in the z. B. Wednesdays always takes place a weekly market. Likewise, all attractions are within walking quickly to the lake one has run fast, some hiking destinations can be started directly from the house, there are fixed rope routes and climbing opportunities just minutes away by car. A surfing school, where you can also surf boards u. A borrow., Is located about 10 minutes away. Overall, this house is a great holiday because of its location and its facilities.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The apartments are completely independent of each other but can also be connected by a lockable indoor staircase. Overall, the house has 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 4 bedrooms has up to 8 beds and is therefore very well geeigent for holidays with friends or large family. The ground floor is suitable for up to 4 people and consists of a very spacious living / dining area (large table for 8 people) with a kitchenette (with dishwasher). This area is very bright due to its large patio door. Here there is a double bedroom with space for cots. Another small, but still bright room serves as a bed for one person, where an extra bed can be placed easily. The bathroom is completely new, equipped with a modern shower and a washing area, which offers plenty of storage and space. A washing machine is ready for use. The upper floor offers 4 people and it is no problem to put in a bedroom extra beds, so that 5 persons have enough space. It has a spacious living area with a kitchenette and large patio doors, making bright and friendly space. The balcony accommodates balcony chairs and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The 2 double bedrooms are spacious and bright, of a bedroom gives also access to the balcony. The bathroom is new and equipped with a shower, a large washing area with plenty of storage space and a washing machine. In the large garden there is a terrace, also a covered terrace and a barbecue.

The house was perfect. Much bigger than anticipated and exceptionally clean. We used the whole house for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) but it can easily be used by two families (the upstairs can be used completely self-contained with its own entrance, bedrooms, bathroom, living space and kitchen). The garden is a good size and our boys enjoyed playing football every day. And, what a lovely find Crone (Idro) was. A great community with good shops (Jolly Market sold everything you could need) and good restaurants, we went frequently to Cinzia for pizzas and drinks, and ate at DasQ a couple of times. The lake is also beautiful and calm at this Southern end. We packed a lot into the couple of weeks we were there: lovely hikes (mountain paths are well signposted), daytrips (by car) to Venice and Verona, villages on the North and Western shores of Lake Garda and, of course, plenty of nice food.

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, leicht am Hang und das Zentrum von Crone befindet sich in Laufdistanz. Der Garten mit festem Grill ist für ein Ferienhaus ziemlich gross und erlaubt auch Spiele (z.B. Fußball, Federball oder ähnliches) im Freien mit den Kindern.
Die Sauberkeit im Haus war bemerkenswert; selbst auf Schränken und in ungenutzten Ecken fand sich kein Staub und auch keinerlei Insekten.
Das Haus wurde offensichtlich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit grundlegend modernisiert; die Fassade ist gedämmt und Fenster und Türen sind sehr hochwertig und mit dreifach Verglasung ausgestattet. Zusammen mit den schönen Klappläden kann man das Haus damit angenehm kühl halten. Wir konnten keinerlei Mängel feststellen, alle Geräte funktionierten ohne Probleme und auch die Wasserversorgung in der Dusche ist lobend zu erwähnen. Gleichmäßiger Wasserdruck und immer warmes Wasser (was bei vier Teenagern unter der Dusche nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich ist).
Sehr schön ist auch die überdachte Terrasse, die auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut zu nutzen ist.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!
