Disappointing cleanliness on arrival with crumbs in the lounge, cigarette buts and a bath sponge on the decking. Fabulous views of the sunrise.

This was an excellent place to stay. Even though it was a bigger site than I had expected, and close together, it was very quiet. It was also a friendly site. It wasn’t too far from the local towns, but far enough away from the road to be safe and quiet. The property was excellent, it looked fairly new with excellent furniture. Great layout with lots of room in the kitchen, sitting room. The beds were comfortable and the double bed was a huge size. This room also had an en-suite and a walk-in wardrobe This place was a three bedroom with the other two having a total of 4 single beds. The front door opened into a wash room with a sink and some where you could leave your dirty shoes to save mucking up the carpets. We did have a small issue, the towel hook in the en-suite fell off the wall. I phoned Island Holiday Homes office and it was fixed very quickly. Overall an excellent time in an excellent property.

Generally very good. Weak spots were (1) no WiFi (2) parking limited, and when visitors came this provoked (presumably) a complaint from a neighbour re 'parking on the grass' (we were about 2 feet on the grass). No sure about recommendations (below) - 'yes' in some cases, 'no' in others. Perhaps 'yes' for short stays, 'no' for longer stays. We stayed for four weeks. One visitor commented on the 'lack of community', and another saw an opportunity for a small community shop on the park.

After arriving to a dirty property we attempted to contact several of the emergency numbers for IHH but received no answer. Problems were resolved but took an age to get the there and the customer service team blamed anyone and everyone for their errors, with hostile and rude interactions. The property itself was amazing and the owners had left books toys etc for guests to enjoy, alongside ample seating and space for us to fully relax. IHH let down the experience but top marks for the property and location
