Semi-detached house adjoining the owners' house. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave). Dining room with lounge area (internet access). On the first floor, bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x200cm), shower room with toilet. On the second floor, bedroom 2 (2 single beds 90x190cm). Baby equipment available on request (folding cot, high chair, and baby bath). Bed linen and towels for hire. Cleaning service available at an extra charge. Electricity and electric heating are extra. Private, unfenced courtyard. Terrace. Picnic table. Barbecue. Shared 8m x 4m indoor swimming pool heated year-round (open from 9am to 10pm). Outdoor play area for children: trampoline and swing set shared by the 3 cottages. Swing. One cottage sleeps 14 and another sleeps 6 on the property. Located within a magnificent farmhouse, this semi-detached cottage is built on 3 levels at the end of the main house. It benefits from a beautiful green space shared with two other gîtes and equipped with leisure facilities. The owners designed the property to appeal to families and keep children entertained, notably with the indoor swimming pool created in the former barn. Something to delight holidaymakers all year round! This town, a member of the Cotentin Marshes Regional Natural Park, is a beautiful green destination for your holidays.
