Our room is clean. Location wise from the city center, it’s just 1 stop from train station, it takes only 5 minutes walk from the Saint Fiden train station and it’s near to Migros Supermarket. They offer a nice breakfast that will cost you for only 18chf, it is a buffet breakfast. And staffs were very accommodating, they addressed to our small concern right away. I highly recommend it.

Front desk customer service by Angela is horrendous! She was unnecessarily rude and had no logic to substantiate demands. She was also incredibly slow in checking guests in, has severe customer service incompetence and actively made us feel unwelcome, stating that "NO ONE IS FORCING YOU TO STAY" (verbatim), simply because we were not aware of the parking procedure. This was just one of her many inappropriate and unprofessional comments that were made to my sister and I. Her behaviour was completely unprovoked and out of line, and ruined our day and experience. Never again!
