About this chalet rental

A short distance from sledding, snowboarding, and more, this ski-in/ski-out chalet lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 9-minute walk to Filzstein Speedy Ski Lift, or easily tackle the quick 3-minute drive to Duxeralm Ski Lift.

Once you get back, you can enjoy your surroundings with the balcony and BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and cookware. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include heating and a dining table.

Well built, spacious, comfortable accommodation. Sheets and towels are offered, but at an additional 20€ per person. Initial household items provided, but then you may have to purchase (eg. soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). There are kitchen pots, dishes, utensils, glasses, coffee maker, stove/oven, washer, fireplace and sauna. Refrigerator is surprisingly small given the number of sleeping posts. Upper unit has no freezer. Access from Krimml puts you right past the amazing waterfall - 10 minutes from the house. Access from the Tyrol side is via a private road with a toll of 10.50€ per day or 20 something € for a week. Supermarkets are a bit of a drive, with mini ones in Gerlos about 15 minutes away, otherwise you are driving 35 minutes to Billa or 40 minutes to MPreis. You need to separate your garbage and drive it to a central town location. Host was helpful. Room to barbecue and park on site.

Wir waren 10 Tage hier und uns hat es riesig gefallen. Sehr ruhige auf etwa 1600 Meter gelegen. Das war wirklich gut denn im Tal hatte es teilweise über 30 Grad und wir hatten es hier oben angenehm kühl in den nächten. Die Lage ist auch deswegen total genial weil man in kurzer Zeit nach krimml und in die andere Richtung nach gerlos bzw Zell am Ziller kommt. Das charlet Löffler selbst ist wunderschön aufgeteilt und hell gestaltet. Obwohl sich in dem Haus insgesamt 3 Wohnungen befinden haben wir kaum etwas von den Nachbarn mitbekommen. Wir empfehlen euch zum Essen lieber ein wenig zu laufen und in der duxeralm zu essen. Dort ist das Personal unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend und wir haben in der ganzen Zeit kein Gericht entdeckt dass nicht einfach genial geschmeckt hat. Und man hat einen kleinen Verdauungsspaziergang bei dem man den Blick auf die Berge und die kuhweiden werfen kann. Unser absolutes Highlight war die Wanderung direkt von der Haustür auf den Plattenkogel. Wunderschöne Wege und die Aussicht ist einfach nur grandios. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Wir haben uns schon das ganze Jahr über darauf gefreut, wieder hier Gast sein zu dürfen. Das Chalet ist perfekt gelegen, um sowohl Abfahrt-als auch Langlaufski zu betreiben. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber, das Ambiente geschmackvoll, und selbst wenn das Wetter nicht einladend ist, kann man es sich am Kamin oder in der Sauna gemütlich machen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist zuverlässig schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir freuen uns schon auf die nächsten Ferien hier! J. Wettengel
