In the middle of the mountains you will find Haus Fabian. A place where you get the real Austrian feeling, beautiful views over the mountain peaks and thus the opportunity to enjoy all the activities these mountains bring in both summer and winter. After an active day outside, enjoy a drink on the balcony, where you can sit comfortably in both summer and winter
Several skiing areas can be reached in a few minutes by car, also the family skiing area of Kelchsau is very close
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption (if possible) or at a flat rate and will be charged to you separately as an additional cost. For questions about charging specifications, contact the homeowner/contactperson on the spot before arrival. Illegal charging of a car is not allowed
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Dit huis staat hoger in de bergen met prachtig uitzicht en weinig tot geen omgevingsgeluiden. Je hoort het water vallen van sneeuw dat verderop aan het smelten is.
Schoon en verzorgd huis. Eigenaren vriendelijke en zijn hartelijk ontvangen.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Herzliche Familie. Dazu wohnt man in einer herrlichen Landschaft, wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann
