About this house rental
Upon your entry is a newly re-finished redwood deck. Take a step inside to an open concept design, your living room with windows all around flooding in the natural light and scenery of the outdoors. The kitchen is finished with genuine marble counter tops and fully furnished for you to cook away! Brand new to the cottage you’ll find stainless steel appliances, gas range and fridge, for a fresh update to the aesthetic. To your left you will find the fully tiled combination shower and soaking tub with a single marble vanity. No trips to the laundry mat are necessary, just behind the door is a modern Samsung washer and dryer set for your convenience. Last but not least is the master bedroom, equipped with a plush queen bed, with a matching end table and large dresser. There is a good amount of storage space, from the clothing closet in the master, cabinetry in the bathroom, coat closet upon entry and a pull up 1/2 garage on the front of the home.
Relax out back on the larger, also newly refinished redwood deck with a new seating / dining set. Above you’ll find string lights for that perfect ambiance for those warm summer nights. Also provided, you’ll find a Weber grill.
The cottage has a brand new mini split with heat and cooling. Another perk is the water provided, firstly say goodbye to chlorinated city water, this home is set up on a private well with a multiple stage water filtration system constantly serviced by Culligan! Expect quick hot water with the new on demand water heater. Also included is a RV sized parking structure. .
Noted, this cottage sits on its own plot of land and fencing, but in slight sight behind soaring redwoods is the main residence. Both are very private.
