Newly remodeled 1 bedroom cottage tucked behind a 1926 California bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac in the center of Sebastopol. This beautiful cottage has a sparkling new bathroom with a walk-in shower and a frame-less glass door. The kitchen has new appliances, tile and counter. French doors connect the private deck to the bedroom, living room and bathroom. There is a king size bed and television.

Our stay with Carol at her Sebastopol was fantastic. We arrived to a clean and well equipped space with easy access and off-street parking. Communications leading up to the trip were all prompt and friendly, with plenty of flexibility offered by our host. This location gave us a great base to have a short walk to Sebastopol dining and coffee and a central location for us to veer out to local vineyards for wine tastings. I would definitely recommend this place and will certainly have it on the top of my list for any future visits to the area!

This was one of the best places we have rented. Carol is friendly and fun, the cottage is very comfortable as well as being very clean and well appointed. Location is great.

Our stay at Carol’s cottage was simply the best! Very quiet, short walk to town for food/restaurants/shopping and a beautiful place to relax after a day of wine tasting or day at the coast. The bed is very comfortable and Carol made sure we had everything we needed for our visit. We will be back!

The property was just as advertised. Great location, you can walk to town, but the location is in a very quiet neighborhood. The property was very clean and obviously well cared for. There were lots of those little touches that make for a really nice stay. Carol was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again:)
