About this house rental
Comfortable holiday home, adjacent to the historic center of Uzès.
Non-smoking 6 people, 3 bedrooms.
Let yourself be seduced by this holiday home which offers quality services, with an enclosed garden of 650 m2, located a few steps from the historic center of Uzès.
The house is very welcoming, equipped with every comfort and tasteful decoration. It is located in a quiet area 800 m from the city center of Uzès and its famous Provençal market. For horse enthusiasts you will be only 1500 m from the Uzès national stud farm.
The fully air-conditioned 90 m2 accommodation was completely restored in 2021 as well as its exteriors; This is therefore its first year of rental. It consists of three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a master suite with its bathroom. The bedding is of very good quality: 2 beds of 160X200 1 bed of 140X200.
The spacious living room has a large, very comfortable sofa, you will have WIFI. Adjoining the living room, the reading room faces south.
The open kitchen offers all the amenities for amateur chefs.
The ideal is to have a car to be able to explore the surrounding area, but the house also lends itself to a stay without a vehicle given its location close to all amenities.
A bakery is a 6-minute walk from the house. Easy parking with the possibility of driving the car into the courtyard.
Barbecue (Webber) with family or friends, reading under the lime tree, sunbathing on a deck chair...
Travel cot and baby chair available.
Very well behaved animals accepted.
Smoking only outside / no events and parties.
Reservation 3 nights minimum.
Possibility of subscribing to a cleaning package at the end of your stay: 80 euros
and a flat rate of 50 euros for household linen (towels, sheets, bath towels).
For the winter period, from November to April inclusive, heating is extra, 50 euros per week as well as for short stays (3 nights minimum).
A disinfection protocol is carried out after each rental.

Lovely home with all the facilities you need.Nice walk into the old town .Stephanie was very welcoming and explained everything well despite the language barrier. Would love to return one day .

House was very well equipped (although bedding & towels are extra) very clean, modern decor, air conditioning in all rooms. Lovely garden areas with loungers, tables & chairs etc.
Stephanie, the host was lovely, very friendly & helpful, communicated all information very well.
We would definitely stay there again
