Charming cottage with beautiful private pool, 4.5 km from Uzès, a medieval town of the Gard. Built on the heights of the village of Montaren-et-St-Médiers. The fully equipped and air-conditioned studio on the first floor has a bathroom and a covered terrace. Upstairs is a fully equipped second kitchen, a large living room overlooking a covered terrace with stunning views and two bedrooms. A large garden, games for children (playhouse, slide, trampoline) and chickens will delight the kids. In the heart of a highly sought-after region, Uzès offers a splendid old town with numerous stores and restaurants, as well as many architectural treasures such as the Château des Ducs or the Fenestrelle Tower. The Place aux Herbes hosts a well-known market every Saturday. Discover St Quentin la Poterie, its art workshops and its market on Friday mornings 5 km away. Nimes is 30 km away, Avignon and its Papal Palace, its Pont St Benezet, its city center and its gardens and museums are 44 km away.
