This holiday apartment is located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci, a beautiful village on the Etruscan coast, south of Livorno (Leghorn), in a villa with 4 apartments. The villa is in the midst of a secular pinewood with nearly 1200 sqm of private, fenced garden and at about 300 meters from the sea. All apartments are well-furnished. Being built on a dune each apartment has a private garden. Also available barbecue and plenty of parking space.
Guests also have at disposal our private strip of Maremma pinewood with botanic route and beach with some facilities available such as dressing room, water, bathroom, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, 1 km of distance, small car parking available.
In summertime one can enjoy evening walks to the village centre where the seaside promenade is full of people and interesting cultural events. Starting from these apartments one can discover some of the many medieval Tuscan villages in the surroundings, such as Bolgheri, famous for the Salsiccaia Wine, and Massa Marittima, or visit the ancient Etruscan necropolis of Populonia at 25 km.

The entrance leads from the garden to the living room, where there is a furnished seating area and a sofa (pull-out sofa bed).
On the right side is the dining area with a round table. To the right of the living room is the well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker and oven, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher and mocha and filter coffee machines.
A corridor from the living room leads to the bedroom with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds) and a large built-in wardrobe.
Continuing along the corridor to the right is a washing machine and a bathroom with shower.
The flat has a private area in the garden under a pergola, where you will find a marble table, chairs and a wrought-iron sofa with comfortable cushions.
In the garden you will also find a private shower with hot and cold water, a barbecue and two deck chairs.
Our holiday home is only 300 metres from the beach and is surrounded by numerous pine trees. On a plot of approximately 1200 square metres, the two-storey villa houses four flats, each with its own terrace.
The town centre is within walking distance and during the summer months numerous concerts and cultural events take place on the promenade.
Given the many interesting leisure activities offered by the town, it is not easy to decide whether to go out or stay comfortably at home with your own garden.
Approximately 1,000 metres from the flats north of 'Marina di Castagneto', guests have access to a private property with a botanical trail and seating areas, as well as changing rooms, toilets, water, sun loungers and parasols and access to a free beach.
Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Costa degli Etruschi, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port of departure for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful and peaceful village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea. From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).
