Cotoncello is a tiny beach as delightful as it is small.
The Cotoncello beach is a small sandy cove between the smooth granite boulders a few steps from the town of Sant'Andrea; characterized by clear, turquoise waters, it almost forms a swimming pool protected from the winds, ideal for families with children and for those who love tranquility away from the large crowded beaches of the island. An intimate and exclusive area, connected to the busier Sant'Andrea beach, with its bars and restaurants, also by a suggestive walkway on the rocks.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Just a few minutes from the beautiful Cotoncello Beach, a small sandy cove nestled among smooth granite rocks near the village of Sant’Andrea, lies this charming panoramic apartment. The crystal-clear turquoise waters of Cotoncello create a natural pool sheltered from the wind, making it perfect for families with children and for those seeking peace and relaxation away from the island’s crowded beaches.
The apartment measures about 60 sqm and also features two terraces. Thanks to its panoramic position, the main 10 sqm terrace—equipped for outdoor dining—offers a lovely glimpse of the sea, ideal for breakfasts in the open air or relaxing sunset dinners.
The interior is comfortable and functional, with a living room with kitchenette and sofa, two double bedrooms and a small bedroom with bunk beds that opens onto a second terrace. The property also includes a bathroom with shower cabin and bidet.
The house is accessed via an uphill road of about 150 metres; the last 10 metres, on flat ground, are unpaved. The beaches of Cotoncello and Sant’Andrea are both about a 10-minute drive away and are almost equidistant (850 m to Cotoncello and 1.2 km to Sant’Andrea).
An ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the island’s sea in a peaceful and panoramic setting.
Important Notes:
- group of guys under 21 years old are not allowed
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. Key collection normally takes place at the property, unless prevented by our operators who may provide delivery to our offices in Portoferraio.
