The beautifully renovated manor house was exquisite, and the owners were wonderful--warm, friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. Our room was large and very comfortable, and the grounds were lovely. Everything was truly perfect!

A good breakfast and a good choice including perfectly scrambled eggs
The gate was locked when we arrived and it would have been helpful to have access off the street; we arrived when expected. Fortunately, we were able to climb the staircase to our room on the top floor even though we were 70+, Lovely as the room was, it would have been useful to know it was on the third floor when it was allocated to us. Otherwise, a completely charming, good humoured couple who made a big effort to make us feel at home,
