About this house rental
Adorable, dog friendly (additional fee) vacation rental home in Grover Beach.
This home sleeps up to 6 guests with a King bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen bed in each of the other bedrooms. Short walk to Pismo State Beach's Grand Avenue entrance, just over 5 blocks. To the south you can drive on the beach, to the north no vehicles are allowed. Huge, fenced backyard has a raised deck, artificial lawn, and gas BBQ (propane supplied). Wi-Fi and basic cable is included and guests are able to log into their own streaming subscriptions on the Smart TVs. Full size washer and dryer in the home.
Plenty of parking in the long driveway.

The home, its decor, the furnishings, everything designed simply with all your basic needs. We enjoyed the backyard patio and grassy turf for playing with our dog, lounging, a little exercise, and enjoying a cup of coffee. The entire home is very neat and clean, comfy and we found the location perfect for our needs. Close to restaurants, a great coffee shop, and loved walking the neighborhood with our dog and making our way to the beach. We will definitely be back! If not this house, definitely through Coastal Vacation Rentals for the ease of booking with them and great communication.
