We are a property management company and will have limited interaction with guests. You will have access to the Manager for emergencies or questions via text or phone. Cell number given before arrival.
Quiet culdesac neighborhood. Just 1.5 miles to Oceano beach and 3 miles to Pismo Beach Pier.
We are a property management company and require you to fill out the pre arrival forms sent to you upon booking. These must be filled out in order to receive check in instructions. This includes a copy of your ID. Once they are complete you will receive check in instructions 48 hours prior to your arrival.
This lovely pet friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath home is tucked away in a quiet Cul-de-sac and perfect for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The adjacent bedroom also has a queen bed with a full bed in 3rd bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials as well as a gas grill on the back patio. Smart TV & WiFi, included. Pet fee of $75 per pet required. No smoking, no parties/events, NO EXCEPTIONS 3 cars minimum at this property. NO TRAILERS OR 5th WHEELS in driveway or on street!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, close to all of the places we wanted to explore yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The stay felt more special because we were able to bring our pets with us. We will definitely come back!

Very comfortable home. One of our three nights there, we had a family meal for 6 adults. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meal and were comfortable dinning space.

This is our 3rd year renting this home and we would definitely rent again as it is pet friendly with a large fenced in yard. The neighbours are also friendly. The home itself is clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and full of amentities. The backyard was fully fenced and perfect for our dog. The home was situated in a quiet cul de sac with ample parking. We would definitely recommend it and stay again.
