The host is very good to send all the check in information and where to park before you check in via whatsapp. Is very sweet the host provided some pastries, milk for coffee and also yogurt in the fridge. We feel like home. The guests are fully control the heather and temperature of the room. Cozy room to let you feel like home. Free wifi and have morning market to buy fresh vegetable and farm food during our visit.
All above my expectation but if you want me to layout, I would say: The hallway to the main door enter to my unit is pitch black during the night. Highly recommend to have the sensor light when someone enter to the main entrance after parking I'm nearly fall down because cannot clearly see the step before enter to my unit. The bed is little bit soft, just own preference, i prefer harder bed. The unit is giving a new technology shower unit. Would be great if you have a user menu how to use the shower unit. We are spending 5 minutes to figure out how to use it, Last but not the least, suggest to have a shower curtain for the shower unit because we feel bad to wet the floor next to the toilet.

Struttura ottimamente posizionata appena prima del centro storico del paese. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente proporzionato. Nessun problema o disguido in nessuna fase. Prodotti per colazione presenti in struttura.

La posizione è ideale per visitare lalcune delle bellezze del Val d’Orcia. Quanto trovato per la colazione è stato più che abbondante, adeguato ad un soggiorno anche di più giorni. L'host disponibile ad eventuali esigenze insorte durante il soggiorno, ad esempio la sostituzione di una lampadina fulminata e a fornire attrezzatura da cucina.
Per quanto riguarda l’alloggio innanzitutto le foto mostrate dal sito non corrispondono allo stato attuale dei locali, o almeno non a quello odierno più datato, ahimè, abbiamo dovuto convivere con il forte odore di umidità proveniente dal bagno, segnalato all'host che lo ha giustificato come un contrattempo imprevedibile, oltre alla costante presenza e via vai, sotto la finestra di camera e cucina di veicoli (sapevamo che era posizionato al piano terra ma non che potessero parcheggiare veicoli davanti le finestre). Segnale televisivo scarso (impossibile guardare un telegiornale, la maggior parte dei canali sintonizzati non presentava segnale) e ad una connettività internet scarsa anche se a ridosso dell’ingresso comune dove ne è segnalata la presenza. Se posso permettermi e senza intento offensivo, suggerirei all'host di uniformare stoviglie e pentole per consentire a chi soggiorna più di un week end, magari con figlio al seguito, di poter cuocere qualche pietanza più agevolmente, nulla che abbia ad essere il corredo di una casa personale, ma che non sembri il recupero di cose inutilizzate e messe lì.
Così come migliorare l’illuminazione, troppo fioca sia in camera che in bagno.
