The flat was spotless and has the perfect size for two people with a well kitchen/dining area equipped with a gas stove ( really handy to cook our own meals) , spacious bedroom and bathroom. On a clear day you have lovely views .The town where it is located is very charming and has a well stocked supermarket and plenty of small local shops.The location is great to easily reach other Tuscan towns by car. We didn't meet the host but was very helpful and responsive and provided a simple breakfast with industrial croissants, jams, nutella and coffee capsules.
We stayed in January when the weather was wet and cold and the flat is in a historic building with high ceilings hence it took a while to warm it up but after a couple of days the temperature was pleasant. The parking spot is not for exclusive use of the guests and was often taken but there is public parking just a few meters up the road.

There was a coffee machine with many capsules
The kitchen could have been more equipped
There was everything you need to cook like pans and utensils but there was no salt pepper oil or a big water bottle
So I had to buy everything
