Hotels in Switzerland are quite expensive. This business apartment was a great alternative. Larger than the average hotel room but at a lower price. It had all the amenities one would require (even ironing board and iron already in the apartment). There was no staff but that was not an issue. The apartment was a five-minute walk away from the train station. Unexpectedly, I got a Basel Card which offers free public transportation during the stay and 50% off at many museums and the zoo. The customer service was so kind to register for a second card for my companion and did so promptly. Really satisfied with the service. Only the ceiling of the shower could use a repaint. Other than that and overall, it was a great stay!

No sheets on the bed for the stay. Contacted owner and very poor response. Will never stay again and recommend people not to book.
