Everything we needed was emailed to me in plenty of time. It is a little bit hard to find, but the locals are helpful. This is situated in the town centre, and we were expecting noise from people leaving the nearby pubs, but it was very quiet. The property was very clean and everything was in the house that you would need.
A little hard to find and no parking..but saying that, the locals will help and the long stay carpark is fairly reasonable...if you are lucky you can park over the bridge for free.

We booked here for location which was good, very near to train and bus stations, only two of us so only needed to use downstairs like a flat which was great. apart from the things mentioned [what didn't you like] we were very happy with our stay.
There were reviews stating the outside of front door looked dirty and it still did and the door and bedroom window beside front door paintwork /wood coming away which didn't give a good first impression. when we moved the little sofa forward there were pieces of paper behind so it hadn't been moved to clean.

Good location.
The double bedroom upstairs smelt very strongly of cigarettes smoke. it was very unpleasant and the property was not very clean on arrival
