This unit is located in a small, quiet complex just a 5 minute walk from the bay. Guests can expect an easy check-in using a simple lock box. Small apartment was perfect for brief stay in San Diego. Clean and comfortable in a location with a walkable neighborhood. Good value and I would stay again.

Nice converted attic turn one bedroom bungalow. It was very clean with updated finishings. Would have been nice to know this property does not contain any central HVAC system. Owners include multiple well-positioned fans so we did not melt, however, it was November. Staying here in the summer would likely be uninhabitable.
The only mattress in property is a Queen bed. The listing does not describe bed size after compliants of them listing it as a King (of which it is not).
Also not guaranteed parking.

We pretty much only slept there but the place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. In addition to the bed there were 2 blow up mattresses, although we only used 1 of them. We would definitely stay there again.

we enjoyed our stay, but we had issues with the bbq as it wouldnt light, butnot so concerned that we needed to call Nicole ( she was very responsive when i did text)
check in timd was confusing, one said 4 then the instructions said 3.
i brought my king size sheets for the bed, and they didnt fit, bed felt like a queen. comfy bed, just felt small.
overall - this is a cute VERY clean place to stay. would not stay again, but only because i have bad knees.
