Communication was outstanding. The apartment was so big! Photos show each room but it was a surprise how large each room is. Staying in Mestre instead of in. Venice was a HUGE GREAT decision. A city bus is a few blocks away and takes 15 minutes to get to a major bus and waterbus area in Venice. A HUGE convenience. Note: if you go to a grocery to stock up, avoid the pam grocery and walk one more block to a HUGE grocery/market next to McDonalds. .Something that we missed in the apt was paper towels or napkins. Don’t know if it’s an environmental issue, or what, but nice to have for meals and spills and is something most VRBO supply. Having more than one towel each was great, and something many other hosts don’t offer. The area info, maps etc that owners and materials supplied was super. As was WiFi. Recommending and helping with Birthday restaurant reservations and taxi at checkout was truly appreciated. We would have liked a shorter walk to bus and grocery ( we are in our mid 70s) but not a deal breaker with all the plusses and savings vs in Venice proper. Kind, helpful SUPER hosts! GO FOR IT!!!!

Die Wohnung int super renoviert, das Mann in 10 min in Venedig ist ( die Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 min von der Wohnung entfernt) ist toll. Alles was Mann braucht ist in der Nähe. Kommen gerne wieder.

Bel appartement, grand, propre et clair. 1 terrasse et 1 balcon donnent une grande luminosité. Très proche des transports en commun (10 min à pieds de la ligne 4L pour Venise). Petit commerce en rez de chaussée pour les courses.
Remarques:
Il manque 1 cafetière digne de ce nom.
Certaines photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas à cet appartement.
La caution n'est pas remboursée par l'agence au moment ou l'on quitte l'appartement mais doit l'être par ABRITEL dans les prochains jours...... . Je suis dans l'attente de cette régularisation.
