About this apartment rental
This delightful 100 sq.mt apartment is located on the fourth floor of a renovated building with lift, in a very safe area in the center of Mestre, easily accessible from the airports, railway station, cruise terminal.
Our accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, and has a living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchen and a lovely bedroom with a comfortable double bed.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and full lunches - stove, traditional and microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, coffee machine and mocha.
Bathroom with shower box and bidet.
Other comforts available to guests: WiFi, air conditioning (in the bedroom), central heating, LED TV, washing machine, clothesline, clothes hanger, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, two terraces.
All the furniture is extremely accurate and finished in detail, you will feel just like you are at home!

Other things to highlight
All identity documents of residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. The tourist tax is not included in the price, it is to be paid on the spot in cash 4 € per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, boys 10-16 years have a 50% tax reduction.
Please note that the check-in time must always be agreed directly with the structure and there is a supplement as follows: from 20:00 to 22:00 >> 40 euros, from 22:00 to 24:00> > 60 euros
