About this villa rental

A short distance from birdwatching, wildlife walks, and more, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 6-minute walk to Rovine Canale Monterano, or easily tackle the 19-minute drive to Lake Bracciano.

After you return to this 1292-sq-ft villa, unwind in the hot tub or sip a drink in the garden, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at foosball and table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a living room, a sofa bed, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a lobster pot. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities.

This place is close enough to town to get what you need, but far enough from town to make you feel you have the Italian countryside all to yourself. You may even pass sheep and horses on your way to the property. The owners were readily available and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay, and would choose this place again. Note: the hot tub is only available May-September.

My wife and I stayed at La Casa Rossa with our 2-year old son. We had a great time as the boy was able to play in the large yard for hours on end. The house is comfortable, warm and clean and, generally speaking, a wonderful country side retreat. The hosts are attentive and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay there again.
