About this house rental

This guesthouse was originally part of the turn-of-the-century Spreckels Aptos resort. It morphed into a farm and chicken ranch during the depression, then into a bohemian art colony in the seventies, and now, full circle, into a unique vacation destination.

With a 1600 ft.² house, 400 ft.² veranda, picnic benches by the barbecue and firepit, and hiking trails around the property, there's plenty of room to breathe.

The beach, the forest, and Aptos town are five minutes away.
