You are only 10 minutes from the headquarters of the Brenne Regional Natural Park and very close to the best birdwatching sites. The picturesque Creuse Valley is 15 minutes away and the renowned Beauval Zoo is an hour's drive away. Here are some must-see sites to explore: The Haute-Touche Reserve, a true biodiversity sanctuary. The majestic Château d'Azay-le-Ferron, famous for its enchanting gardens. The picturesque village and Château-Guillaume, an immersion in medieval history. Whether you are a nature lover, passionate about historical heritage, or seeking serenity, our region has everything to please you. In the heart of the village, you will stay in a beautifully renovated former stable, including two comfortable gîtes. You'll enjoy a shared, unheated swimming pool (12 x 5 meters), open from May to September, weather permitting, and protected by a protective curtain. This pool is shared with the owners, providing a welcoming space for relaxing. At the rear, an enclosed garden and private terraces are available for your relaxation.
Each cottage is composed as follows:
Ground floor: A spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room, a toilet
Upstairs: Three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds), a shower room, and a toilet
Electric heating is the responsibility of the occupants, with billing based on consumption. In addition, you benefit from private parking on the property.
