Living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 king-size bed with en-suite shower room and toilet), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 king-size bed), shower room, toilet, mezzanine (1 single sofa bed). Wi-Fi connection. Electric heating (included in the rates). Private enclosed garden of 900 m². Possibility of renting a second gîte for 4 people on the property (completely independent access and no overlooking). Non-smoking gîte. Nestled in a peaceful little valley 2 km from the center of a charming, typical Touraine village, your gîte combines tranquility, elegance, and space for your utmost comfort.
