The interior of the chalet is fully designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a welcoming entrance hall, a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and TV, a dining room with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a practical WC with washing machine. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony and TV, together with a modern bathroom with shower. The lovingly converted attic surprises with another spacious bedroom with a double sofa bed, TV, balcony and private bathroom.
Outside, enjoy an idyllic, fenced garden that is perfect for relaxing hours in the sun. A private car park is available for your convenience. In addition, sports equipment such as skis, snowboards or bicycles can be safely stored in the designated storage room - ideal for having everything to hand after an active day in the great outdoors.
The chalet is in an unbeatable location, just 50 metres from the Sankt Kathrein thermal spa and the ski bus stop. Reaching the ski lifts at Maibrunn, just 350 metres away and accessible via a short walk through the public park, couldn't be easier. There are also restaurants such as a pizzeria, bar, patisserie and bakery within easy walking distance. The surrounding area boasts 103 km of diverse pistes and impressive snowy landscapes as well as a wide range of winter activities away from the pistes and relaxation opportunities in Bad Kleinkirchheim's renowned spas.
