The extended weekend stay for my daughters/daughters-in-law and the youngest grandkids was very enjoyable. We had a different rental in the area cancel on us last minute. Being able to quickly book this townhouse was such a relief. I should’ve booked it initially. The place was spacious and clean. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to messages. Check in was a breeze and the neighborhood was nice with lots of parks nearby. The location marker on VRBO is a bit off. It’s actually on the other side of I-5 in the Woodbury area. I would definitely stay here again!

We had the opportunity to stay at this property while working for a local college. We prefer to stay at rental properties rather than hotels. We were a group of 4. This home is a GREAT place to stay. The condo was clean upon arrival and the host had snacks for us because she knew we had been traveling a long distance to get there. So appreciative of her hospitality. The condo has three very well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The beds slept well and pillows and linens were great quality. Everyone in our party had a great night's sleep. Plenty of hot water and host supplied enough toilet paper and shampoo, etc. for our week's stay. Towels were fluffy and white and great quality. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything you need to cook if you choose. I prepared several meals at home. One of the best parts, you're in walking distance to Trader Joe's and Fred's where you can find anything you'd like to cook. Numerous eateries are also in walking distance. We tried a few of those as well and all were good. I cannot say enough about this condo. It was perfectly decorated, comfortable, and felt like home. The area is very safe and family oriented. I loved watching children learning to ride their bikes and seeing families out walking together. Although I was here with my family, had I been a single female, I would've felt entirely safe to be there and to walk the neighborhood at any time of the day or evening. If we are back in the area, this will be my first choice to stay. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here. The beauty of nature is all around you and I saw where Disney was about a 20 minute drive - so not bad at all if you were inclined to visit there.

I loved this house! The place was so clean, spacious and the location couldn't be any better. It is literally a block from Trader Joes and Nekter which I love. The property owner were fantastic and went the extra mile to make sure my trip to visit my daughter and granddaughter was special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is a spacious area and perfect for larger families and cooking/ entertaining but it was only me, which was fine because there are not that many options in the Irvine area and I am glad I chose it. I can't say enough good things about it and will be back again! Thank you so much!
