About this house rental
Welcome to our fully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with private patio in green community. The patio opens up to a large grass field. The home is very centrally located. 12 minutes to Disneyland, 15 minutes to the beach. 5 minute walk to Santa Ana Zoo, right off the 5 & 55 freeway, with ample nearby shopping & restaurants. The home is very comfortable. The bedrooms are very spacious and all remodeled with new flooring and new windows. Please be aware only 1 garage spot in garage is provided. Extra cars or oversized cars may need to park a 20-minute walk away. Minivans fit well in the garage.

Very clean beautiful place. Easily slept all 9 of us. Was laid out perfectly. The owner was very helpful, and always available. Parking more than one car was a little pain. We found zerox garage 1/2 mile away, $18 a day was nice. Overall great place to stay.

This is a great house!! We loved staying here!! It was clean, spacious and very family friendly. We had a lot of people, but never felt crowded. There are many beds, plenty of space in the kitchen and lots of toys for kids. Marieke was very nice and made sure our stay was perfect. She was easy to get ahold of when needs arose, and took care of things quickly. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. There is only one parking spot, but that wasn’t an issue. We found a nearby street to park our other car on and it worked out well. The house is located near the freeway which makes it easy to go whichever direction you want to go.
