The Old Jolly is a lovely townhouse holiday cottage that provides ideal family accommodation in a traditional market town setting, perfect for exploring the east coast. The Old Jolly has 4 bedrooms providing accommodation for 8 guests and a hot tub.
Bursting with character and original features, this former Georgian tavern is close to the marketplace of Wainfleet All Saints. It is a fantastic location for year-round holidays with wonderful walking opportunities and a fine selection of glorious sandy beaches and east coast attractions to explore. There is a myriad of peaceful country lanes perfect for exploring by bike, and the property is within easy reach of the bustling seaside resort of Skegness with its great selection of pubs, shops and restaurants.
Wainfleet All Saints has a weekly market, and the famous Batemans Brewery visitor centre with tours, traditional pubs and shops.
The Old Jolly has smart TV’s in the lounge and the master bedroom, and free fast WiFi throughout. There’s an outdoor hot tub that’s perfect entertainment when you don’t fancy trekking out, or just to relax in after a busy day! For indoor fun, there is also an air hockey table in the games room.
Pets are allowed by arrangement.

Enjoyed a lovely 4 night break with friends to celebrate our birthdays. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, following one of the recommended walks from the village and a drink or two in the local pubs. Would also recommend the brewery tour at Bateman’s which was within walking distance. Easy transport links by bus or train to Skegness, I didn’t need to use the car at all. Good communication with the host throughout.

The house was nice and had all the amenities you need. Area was quiet, not much around it but overall, it was a good stay.

We all had an amazing holiday here in this stunning property with everything we could have wished for and more… on arrival the boys were hungry and needed to find something to do after being in a car for a long time… No problem there was fruit in the bowl for them…. And the games room kept them occupied while we unpacked the car… Adults were in need of a cuppa! Again no problem teabags, coffee, sugar and even milk In the fridge took care of that… dessert was taken care of too cake and wine (thank you so much for the extras) literally from start to finish I cannot fault the property, location, facilities and host Liz who was great from start to finish. First holiday since before Covid! Much needed And it was nothing less than perfect. Thank you again, we hope to be back next year.

Beautiful spacious house with everything we needed. We were made to feel very welcome and loved all the added touches (milk in fridge, bananas in fruit bowl, cake and a bottle of wine). The house was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable.
