Das Appartement liegt fußläufig 15 Minuten von der Altstadt Porec entfernt, somit auch dicht an Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wohnt im selben Haus. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Wohnviertel am Stadtrand von Porec.
Für längeren Aufenthalt fehlt es etwas an Gemütlichkeit.
