Exceptional service. Clean, modern, my room had a lovely partially obstructed view of the sea. So conveniently located, near the beach, maybe 70 metres walk. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious and the coffee was perfect. Hospitality is an A+

We liked the overall look of the place, having very comfortable beds, nice balcony with a little seaview and a table with chairs, wonderful looking bathroom, good sive fridge with a little freezer, AC, led tv, hairdryer. Very close to bella vista beach bar, supermarket, ftelea fish shop. Private parking on spot. Great staff.
Very noisy. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where people are loud till late in the night. Even being not that close, we were on the last floor, the third, and we could not sleep well the entire stay. The vents from the kitchen of the restaurant kick on the exterior wall of the rooms and it's like having a washing machine running right next to you in the room at night. Also, above the third floor there is a actual washing machine in a small corner on the top of the stairs that ran at 4 a.m. Not being enclosed, it maked a lot of noise. Very frustrating! Also, we had problems with hot water - we tried to shower coming right from the beach at 8 p.m. and later there was no such possibility, the hotel probably having only solar power.
They should resolve urgently the issues with the kitchen vents and placement of the washing machine if they want to have guests that actually come back (also another garbage can, maybe in the balcony - there is only a small one in the bathroom that would be filled after 2 banana peels).
