The staff were very hospitable and helpful and the location was exceptional , in very close proximity to access beach and the main market and clubs within ksamil. It is in the main heart of the city .The hotel itself was decent with all the necessary amenities and beautiful views . We had a vegan dietary requirement and the staff catered to that amazingly well. Lady called Erica and the man at the front desk called Alfreem who tried to make our stay exceptional and been very helpful.
Initially the card to seek entrance to the room door didn’t work and we lost bit of our time to seek entry as the kids were wanting to rush to the beach . But then we were provided with another similar room and we carried on our holiday plan .
But again this isn’t a downside as things of this sort do happen but the main thing is how the staff were able to sort out and manage the issue efficiently.

The Hotel is pretty close to the beach and is a walking distance to every bar and resto in the area.
The Hotel also offers big spacious room and there are enough options at the breakfast buffet. The receptionist is warm and friendly.

The hotel is supposed to be 4 or 5 stars. The rooms don't even have a wastebin on the room. There is only a small one the in the bathroom. The hotel floor was not clean, hair and dirt. There was not water for 2 or 3 hours every day we spend there. The TV doesn't have Netflix. I was in another hotel on the same area, the name is "Luxury hotel" the price was lower and the hotel way way better. The breakfast is good tough
