Der var alt man kunne ønske sig.
Poolen var ISKOLD. Når man tænker på stedet har slået sig op på at det er familievenligt, så kan man IKKE byde børn som ældre, at vandet var SÅ koldt.
Tjek ind på hotellet var først kl. 18, og så skulle man tjekke ud kl. 09. Det har vi ALDRIG prøvet før. Det var virkelig ringe tjek ind og ud tider.

Rooms were huge and spacious with loads of storage and hanging hooks. Ski in out was pretty decent. Very clean in all areas. Fantastic views from all main rooms and areas. Polite and Enthusiastic staff.
Not enough variety of basic food for children.
Freezing cold pool. Early checkout (9am).

Biggest room we’ve ever had skiing. Amazing views from the balcony, skiable in and out. Food was great, loved the salad bar every day. Friendly staff. Clean.
Pool was a bit chilly and you had to book the sauna and steam room use rather than free access which we’ve had elsewhere. Bar area could have had a bit more ambience and a better lay out.

Fantastic location. Only 5 mins walk to the centre. Ski in and out from the hotel. Rooms were enormous! Staff were really friendly and welcoming.
The food was quite basic and a bit samey. There were pizza and pasta options for the kids and a couple of choices of hot food plus a salad bar.
