All the staff were excellent in helping us with whatever we needed.
No taxes available but there is their own transport, free gondola and local buses.

Great location! Ski in ski out was great, not too far to walk to the town. Also good having a spa in the hotel as the slopes were closed one day.
The service was...all over the place! Some members of staff were fantastic, so friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Others were rather rude, and made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Also....whilst our room was lovely and had a good view to the slopes, it was weirdly dark with very few lights. So trying to get ready in the morning was tricky, we had to use phone torches to see in the wardrobe!
