The lodge was tidy, comfortable and cosy, with everything we needed in the kitchen. Lovely views. The board game was a nice touch.
The holiday park was quiet and well maintained with friendly staff. There's a handy and well stocked shop on site and also a launderette. Lots of space and green areas within the holiday park for children to play ball games etc.
It's a fantastic location with interesting coastal walks and the beautiful and dramatic Whitecliff Beach literally just a minute's walk away. It's a fairly steep path to the beach but there's a handrail and a bench to rest halfway if you need it!
We visited in high season and found the beach to be quiet, sheltered and unspoilt. It's a mostly sandy beach with some stony areas that are fun for rock pooling. There's a gentle slope into the sea and it is ideal for swimming.
We enjoyed our stay, made some wonderful memories and would love to visit again.
Internet access was patchy but we found we could get a signal if we walked up towards the monument on Culver Cliff.

Lovely view of the sea, quiet location, comfy bed.
Access to private beach.
The sloping walk down to/back from the beach is a bit steep if you have knee problems but the beach is great to walk on.

Great location, nice caravan. Friendly Host.
Having to provide basics like sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels. I’ve never rented a holiday lodge/van and had to provide such things.
