The room was clean and well equipped, with a heater and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked well throughout my stay. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to the city center. Everything matched the photos and description exactly. Considering the price and location, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay.
The stairs are steep and can be slippery when it rains, so be careful. It can be a bit noisy sometimes because it’s close to the road and an outdoor supermarket.

Near to university facilities, parking for a very good price in the same cul-de-sac as the entrance, within 150 yards of a park, a number of good fast-food outlets within 200 yards !
No shower ledge for my shampoo bottle !

Room was clean and modern and had a reasonable amount of facilities - microwave and stove. Despite the negatives I did sleep ok. For somewhere to sleep and wash its fine.
Location - terrible (I will be avoiding St Mary's in future), homeless outside at the market square rolling about on the ground.
Facilities - There was an ironing board but couldn't find an iron, shower rail was really loose and trying to adjust almost broke it, the place could do with a touch up with paint.
Communication - Received so many emails from asking for proof of identity which had to be filled in on some third party website, last minute being asked for a deposit on another website which is refunded 7 business days after you have stayed and how to check in and then similar instructions sent after deposit was paid. Checkin is late - 4pm. Trying to find the keybox is a maze as there are so many boxes when you approach the property.
Security - The close door to all the flats was constantly being left open by other flats.
