Ce petit nid était décoré avec goût et le peu lier était neuf. Le lieu était spacieux avec une belle piscine à l’extérieur. Nous avons été accueillis par notre hôte qui était charmante et qui a fait tout son possible pour nous mettre à l’aise.

La piscine, la propreté, le calme, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. Rien ne manquait. Plage du Cirque de Gens à 10 minutes à pied.

It is very practical, very clean, new build with all essentials. All amenities are within 5 min drive. Ruoms is a gorgeous little village with a very lively high street. Most importantly the cottage is a very short walk (10 min with young kids and 5 min for an adult) to the river Ardeche and a small beach.
No WiFi and no pool but Sylvie (the land lady) is planning to have both done by next summer. (2022).

The place was perfect. Amenities, Cleanliness, Equipment, BBQ facilities, Garage to store bicycles, sports equipment. The owners were lovely. Available to provide information and any help you needed. There is a beach 10 mins by foot. Bicycle path - Via Ardèche is 1 min away. Rental for Kayak for those who wants to explore the rivers of Ardèche is nearby. Not forgetting the supermarkets. This place is just awesome. Thanks Phil & Syl
Nothing. Would be good to have a pool but this is compensated by the beach nearby. The owners have plans to build a pool
