Situated near Lajen (Laion) on the slopes of a picturesque valley, the apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The property is especially family-friendly, with a cot and highchair available on request, as well as toys and books for children. The apartment’s energy is provided by green sources and also produces its own herbs and vegetables. Outside, there is a balcony and a shared garden with garden furniture. There is a possibility to use a barbecue upon request. Bakeries and supermarkets can be found in the nearby village of Lajen, which is 5 minutes (2km) drive away. The nearest ski lifts can be found in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei), which is just 20 minutes (12km) by car, where access to a variety of ski areas is available. The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 1 hour 30 minutes (100km) drive away.

Pros: The wood trims exuded a smoothing calmness. As the house was perched on a higher slope, we could appreciate the entire area’s beauty from the balcony, with the majestic mountains right before our eyes. Many stars were clearly visible at night as well.
The most pleasant experience was with the lady owner, Anita. She was amazing! Due to a hiccup in our travel, we had no rental car… Hence, she sat down patiently with us to advise how best to get around on the public bus and even drove us to our first destination the next morning for us to have a great start. She did not stop there. On the 3rd day when we checked out, she sent us to the train station at Bolzano and ensured we made it onto our train ride to Milan. We parted ways right outside the train door!
We could not thank her enough for her great hospitality and kindness. It was our good fortune to have met such a nice person during our European trip. Thank you for the great memories.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin Anita ist so herzlich und hat uns so heimelig empfangen. Sie ist stets bemüht unseren Aufenthalt immer zum Wohlfühlen zu gestalten. Die Wohnungen sind irre schön hergerichtet, modern und doch gemütlich, Holz kombiniert mit schwarzen Elementen und soviel Liebe fürs Detail. Es ging uns an nichts ab! Im Ort gibts auch eine tolle Möglichkeit zum Essen. Wir kommen wieder auf alle Fälle!!!
