The location is just excellent. The view of the lake Annecy is just as beautiful as you see on the booking.com’s photo. It has direct access to the lakeside place, you can enjoy the morning coffee and the afternoon beer with this excellent lakeview in sight. You can travel to nearby places, like Annecy or Talloires; or hike on the Plateau du Semnoz, with the majestic view of the snow append Alpine peaks in the background. The beds were clean and comfortable. There are good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Free parking was nearby.
The place was really small. We had to fold the dining table and put the chairs under the staircase, to make space for the sofabed to unfold. For the first three nights it was an uncomfortable exercise. During the later part of the week, we became used to the situation. Finally we learnt to trade the space disadvantage, in favor of the excellent lakeside view.

İçerisinde örümcek ağları var. Acayip sivrisinek var. Balkona oturamadık. Camı alamadık. Klima yı 24 dereceye ayarlamışlar. Ben belki 26 seviyorum. Biraz üşüdük. Yağmur vardı hava soguktu. Temizlik kesinlikle iyi değildi. Özen gösterilmemiş. Fiyat pahalı...Yataklar rahat değil. Bu kadar puanı nasıl almış hayret. Strasburda pansiyonda kaldım. 8.8 almış burdan kat ve kat daha iyiydi. Kesinlikle 9.4 ü haketmiyor. İnanın bana en fazla 8-8.5

Die Lage, die liebevolle Ausstattung, die Aussicht auf den See
Es wirkte alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen , als habe man es am Anfang liebevoll eingerichtet, eine Putzfrau engagiert und sich dann nicht weiter gekümmert.
