About this apartment rental
Beautifully remodeled, stylishly-furnished 2 bedroom/1 bathroom 2nd floor (no one above you) apartment in a quiet complex in upscale and desirable Bixby Knolls. Includes one dedicated parking spot for guests. Just steps to the multi-million dollar estates in Los Cerritos/Virginia Country Club (Ferris Bueller's Day Off, American Pie movies filmed here to name a few). Completely remodeled in 2020 with an awesome kitchen, upgraded bathroom, refinished original hardwood floors, mini-split AC/heat unit in the living room with modern-style ceilings fans in bedrooms (bedrooms also have AC units). Furnished in mid-century modern-styled furniture with West Elm couch, 2 arm chairs and dining table with seating for 4. There is a 43-inch Smart HDTV with Roku TV so you can connect to your streaming TV subscriptions. The remodeled kitchen has shaker cabinets, white quartz counters, stainless appliances with gas range, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice. Kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker with coffee/tea PODS, plates/bowls/cups/silverware, toaster, blender, etc. Both bedrooms have queen pillow-top beds, dressers, ceiling fans and nightstands. One bedroom has mid century desk for a workspace. The remodeled bathroom has shower/tub combo and is stocked with new towels, hair dryer, hand soap, travel size body gel and shampoo (starters). We have plenty of extra linen and towels in the hall cabinet. There is an all-in-one washer/dryer in unit but the building has its own laundry room that shares with 3 other units that's completely free of charge. Just behind the building you'll find Trader Joes, local Mexican joint, Jersey Mike's Sandwiches, Crunch Fitness and 7-11. Also, you will find Starbucks, Yogurtland opposite each other as well as MANY other dining/food options including local restaurants - Knolls Restaurant, Wood and Salt Tavern, Lola's Mexican Cuisine, Taboon Mediterranean, EJ's Pub to name a few. We are just minutes from Long Beach Airport and 20 minutes to LAX or Orange County Airports. Super central location to everything Southern California has to offer!

Clean, quiet, comfortable with all necessary amenities. Walking distance to market and restaurants. Host was a good communicator and all went smoothly with checking in and out. .

Eric was very timely on answering messages and when there was a problem with the AC he was quick to address the issue and call in people to fix the AC. The place is beautiful and was perfect for my friend and I while visiting.

We were visiting our children, grandchildren and siblings and this location allowed us easy access to all. The apt was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen allowed us to make meals and was close to shopping and unique coffee stops. The private parking area was a great addition!

Nice, clean apartment in a great location. Having a dedicated parking spot was appreciated as street parking gets slim in the evening. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed for a stay of several days. We did have a miscommunication at the beginning of our stay (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), but Eric responded very quickly and resolved the issue right away and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!
