It was a pleasant, quiet and comfortable apartment that had everything we needed for our week. Well provisioned, comfy bed and good area. There are bars and restaurants/cafes nearby. We used it to relax after a long West to East Coast and back again driving Holiday. We had a dedicated parking spot next door for $10 a day which we were happy with. Blanca let us have a late check out that gave us a little more time before our drive to LAX.
Just a slight hiccup with the key box code but was sorted out and we got access. We gave up on the in house Laundry and went to Super Suds on Alamitos who were very helpful.

Owner was great. Location and information provided was great.
1/ Space and Furnishings: There were so many ornaments, pillows, and glass items on table top surfaces, or on seats, that it was very difficult to know where to place our own stuff. We had a party of four, so once the sofa was folded out, the facility was very cluttered and awkward to use. Suitcases and bags and clothes had to be put in the middle of the floor. The only free seats were the kitchen chairs. In the bathroom there was no good place to set our toiletries because of more ornaments, and excess towels.
2/Plumbing issues: For some reason we could not find a kitchen sink stopper, so could not properly do dishes easily. And the bathroom sink was plugged.
3/Electrical issues: it seemed a number of wall plugins did not work. It took time to find a way to get power close to the bed.
Although there were many positive aspects such as location and the helpful owner, I would not stay again.based on the clutter.
