Place was near downtown good location just when asking for items such towels and coffee they were really slow to provide and ran out of coffee

I stayed in a two bedroom unit for 5 nights. The second floor unit was very clean and in great shape. It had two balconies with I loved. The first floor balconies are bigger. The unit had everything you need. However, they don't clean if you stay less than two weeks. They had towels for the pool and if you need more fresh towels just go to the office and they will give you some more. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. The unit is a 5 minute Uber ride from the airport and an easy 15 minute walk to downtown. So it's in a great location. The pool area and all common areas are clean and kept up. My one and only suggestion for this place is that they should give customers access to open the front gate after hours. The front gates are locked from 10:30pm - 6:30am. The only way to get in is to call security guard and have him let you in or walk around complex to other side. The parking garages need to be lit more, it was rather dark. I would highly recommend this place to stay and I will most certainly stay again the next time I'm in Palm Springs.
