Top-Lage. Gute Parkmöglichkeit im April. Backofen hat funktioniert. Grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Konnten mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Balkon vorhanden, jedoch sehr klein und nur mit zwei Stühlen und kleinem Tisch bestückt.
Küche sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet und unsauber. Küchenschrank-Griffe waren klebrig. Besteck unsauber. Küchenabfalleimer demoliert und undicht. Defekte Deckelbefestigung und passt somit nicht auf Unterteil. Von vier Teflon-Bratpfannen war genau eine brauchbar. Alle andern sind braun verbrannt und beschädigt. Gesundheitsschädigend! Wohnung bietet Platz für fünf Personen. 3 Weingläser vorhanden, zwei verschiedene Grössen. Betten extrem hart, als wäre ein Holzbrett unter dem Plastikmolton. Seltsamer Geruch in den Schränken/Zimmern. Wasser aus dem Hahnen unsauber. Gegen Ende des Aufenthaltes braun/schwarz. Auch bei der Toilette und Lavabo im Bad. Waschmaschiene hat mit allerhöchstens zwei Litern Wasser eine 60-Grad-Wäsche gewaschen. Eher Stoff befeuchtet als gewaschen. Ausser auf Stühlen gab es draussen keine Möglichkeit, sich aufzuhalten. Keine Lounges oder Liegestühle vorhanden.
