This detached, thatched cottage rests on the outskirts of Winterborne Whitechurch, Dorset and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Under Acre Cottage is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Winterborne Whitechurch, Dorset. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a king-size bedroom and two double bedrooms, sleeping up to six people and served by a cloakroom and a ground floor bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug with a woodburning stove and a garden room. Outside, there is off-road parking and an enclosed garden with seating, a play area and a pond. Under Acre Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring Dorset.
Amenities: Oil central heating and 2 x woodburning stove. Rangemaster electric oven, gas hob, microwave, 2 x fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 x TVs and WiFi. Fuel, power and one basket of logs inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden with lawn area with seating area, a patio area with pizza oven, as well as a woodland/meadow area for guests to enjoy. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Shop 1.2 miles. Note: There is a pond in the garden, please supervise children when outdoors. Note: BBQ not to be used in the lower garden. Note: There is a double sofa bed available for flexible sleeping arrangements. Please note: From 2025, this property can only accept a Saturday check in.
