About this house rental
Plouhinec, close to the Ria d’Étel, beaches and shops 2.5 km away, charming 3-room house (approx. 75 m²) for 4 people. Pleasant and functional house, set in a quiet location, ideal for discovering the South of Morbihan, between the Ria d’Étel, Plouhinec beaches, the Carnac alignments and the Quiberon peninsula. During the season, a small ferry allows easy access to Étel and its port in just a few minutes.
Ground floor:
- Direct entrance into the bright living room with lounge area (sofas, TV, decorative fireplace) and dining area (table and chairs) opening onto a large enclosed and landscaped south-facing courtyard (garden furniture, barbecue)
- Open plan and fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90, duvets), large wardrobe and washing machine
