The house is brand new, ambiance is exceptional, everything is well thought out to the last detail. Fully equipped kitchen, outside barbeque, river flowing nearby with really nice, calming water sounds, huge yard with a beautiful swing. The owners were extremely kind and responsive, answered all of our questions and assisted us accordingly. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back another time.

Amazing house at very beautiful calm place. It’s spacious, clean and has everything you may need for vacation. The garden is well organised for barbecue and dinner outside.

Amaya is a completely new building that offers spacious and modern rooms that has everything you need for a perfect stay. The rooms was so comfortable, everything inside the room was brand new, perfect wi-fi connection, comfortable beds, large living room, barbecue, kitchenette equipped with literally everything, cleanliness to the highest level...We enjoyed our stay in this house. The family that owns the guest house were so friendly, helpful, and kind ready to help with everything we might need. I can say we certainty that we found the place for relax with a perfect location in the Pirin Mountains. We highly recommend this place!
