Starting from the location, the staff, the shuttle service to the gondola, the facilities, the breakfast, everything was great. The spa center in this hotel is very good and very clean.

It is very comfortable, clean, and warm place to stay. We were grateful that there was a washing machine - to wash some clothes after skiing, very efficient heaters, and also TV with possibility to Netflix, Youtube. The apartment even had stove and oven - we did not use it, but appreciated the possibility.
Breakfast was good, not very varied, but had everything we need - eggs differently cooked, fruits and vegetables, different types of meat, cheese, yogurt, sweets, pancakes and pastry. Apartment was supplied by all the toiletries daily and was cleaned not everyday, but quite often during our one week stay.
We also like parking and that we did not need to use our car, because hotel gives a shuttle bus to gondola.

Great restaurant. We were really happy with the breakfast and dinner, please keep it up!
Modern and well maintained spa. Convenient parking lot with easy access. Our room was spacious and looked like in the picture.
